The best thing a person can do after a session is to relax and not undergo any stressful situations. The healing energies will continue to work and many times the real magic happens after your session.
You may choose to meditate or do yoga or take a walk-in nature. Avoid any violent television or music and be at peace and enjoy the energy.
Journal your experience while it is fresh in your memory. Many times, clients will have a repressed memory come up to be release and this can have a very profound effect.
