A Reiki session helps to promote the flow of life force energy within and around your body, you are destressing, healing and rejuvenating.
Your life force energy or Ki is what keeps you alive and healthy as it moves within and around you. When your Ki is moving freely, you are healthy, vibrant, calm, relaxed, focused, and more. But, when your life force energy is being affected by your thoughts, emotions, your environment, and more things build up. In other words, as we go about our daily lives, at home, our workday, friends and more little by little we don't realize we are tucking away things that knock us off our game. If we keep carrying this baggage around it will take a toll on our body, mind and spirit. This is when you want to think about having Reiki session.
